Founded by Grant Willert, House of Daylight is a midwest-based architecture studio built around creativity, collaboration, and a more personal approach to design. With experience spanning custom residences, commercial spaces, and everything in between, Grant believes the best projects begin with understanding the people behind them.
A graduate of North Dakota State University, registered architect, and former adjunct professor, Grant brings both experience and a fresh perspective to every project. Today, he leads a growing team dedicated to thoughtful architecture, strong relationships, and making the design process something clients genuinely enjoy.

Every project starts with a conversation. We'll get to know your goals, ideas, and priorities, then put together a clear proposal outlining the scope of work and what to expect moving forward.

04 - Construction Documents
Once the design is finalized, we prepare the detailed drawings and specifications needed to bring it to life. These documents give your contractor a clear roadmap for construction, helping everything come together as intended.

05 - Additional Support
